(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of April 20, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan chaired the inspection of implementation progress and listened to reports on the preparation of dossiers for enforcement of land recovery for the technical infrastructure construction investment project of North Song Cam New Urban Area, Thuy Nguyen district. According to the report of the People's Committee of Thuy Nguyen district on the project site clearance compensation, the total area of land recovered is 306.1 hectares by 15 organizations and 2,788 households; Of which, residential land and land for housing are 1,300 households. To date, there are still 258 households in Tan Duong commune that have not yet handed over the premises, of which 82 households have approved the plan (of these, 47 households have completed enforcement documents and are currently transferring them to Departments and branches for consultation); 176 households have not approved the plan.
