(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Implementing Decision No. 1198/QD-TTg dated October 13, 2023 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the Plan to implement the Law on Electronic Transactions, the City People's Committee has just directed the Department of Information and Communications to preside and coordinate with the Department of Justice and relevant agencies to review and amend the Regulations on management, operation, exploitation and use of the City Data Center system. City in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Law, submitted to the City People's Committee for promulgation after the Electronic Transactions Law takes effect.
Assign the Department of Justice to coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to review and amend the Regulations on management of operation, exploitation and use of the City Data Center system in accordance with the Law on Electronic Transactions. Assign Departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, communes, wards, and towns to post the content of the Electronic Transactions Law on the Electronic Information Portal/Page, propagate on the City Law Dissemination and Education Page and other appropriate forms of propaganda so that officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, and the People can easily access, exploit, and use.
Along with that, determine the content and form of law dissemination appropriate to each target group and area; Compile, post and widely distribute popular documents and coordinate with the Department of Legal Education and Dissemination under the Ministry of Justice to update on the National Legal Education and Dissemination Electronic Information Portal http://pbgdpl.gov.vn.
City mass media agencies coordinate with city departments, branches, branches, and relevant units to develop programs, categories, and pages to widely propagate the contents of the Electronic Transactions Law. The Department of Information and Communications directs and guides press and media agencies and grassroots radio systems to enhance information, propaganda and dissemination of laws on electronic transactions. The city's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations also actively organize propaganda and dissemination of the Electronic Transactions Law to union members, members and people of all walks of life.
