Also attending were leaders of departments, branches and units: Department of Foreign Affairs, Office of the City People's Committee.

The Ambassador expressed his joy about the city's socio-economic development, especially the success in COVID-19 prevention and control in recent times; At the same time, thank Hai Phong city for donating 50 thousand medical masks to accompany the people of Panama in the prevention of COVID-19 epidemic.
