(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 7, the city's interdisciplinary working group inspected the preparations for the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 10, the section from Da Bac bridge to Kien bridge.
According to the report of the Project Management Board and the event organizer, up to this point the preparations for the Project's Groundbreaking Ceremony have been basically completed. Especially related to ensuring conditions for COVID-19 epidemic prevention, the Department of Health proactively arranged vehicles, medical staff, and emergency medical equipment to serve promptly at the ceremony.

The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 10, the section from Da Bac bridge to Kien bridge, is an important and practical event to celebrate the 66th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2021) and towards the Election Day of XV National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2021-2016. The project has the scale of renovating, upgrading and expanding 12.9km of road according to the scale of a level III plain road with 4 lanes and a roadbed width of 24.5m. The project has a total investment of more than 1,220 billion VND from the city's budget.
