In compliance with the directives of the Director of the Department, the Youth Union and the Department's divisions have effectively carried out communication activities for civil servants and employees regarding administrative reform, as assigned in Plan No. 16/KH-STC dated February 18, 2025, of the Department on communicating state administrative reform in 2025; intensified communication of the contents specified in points c and d, Clause 1, Section II of Decision 49/QD-BNV dated March 1, 2025, of the Ministry of Home Affairs to clarify the importance, significance, objectives, and impact of administrative reform on the socio-economic development of the country; communicated the implementation status, progress, and results of the overall state administrative reform program for the period 2021-2030, issued under Resolution No. 76/NQ-CP dated July 15, 2021, of the Government and Directive No. 23/CT-TTg dated September 2, 2021, of the Prime Minister on accelerating the implementation of the overall state administrative reform program for the period 2021-2030 and the Project "Communication, dissemination, and improvement of the quality of effective provision and use of online public services until 2025, with orientation to 2030" approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1588/QD-TTg dated December 17, 2024.
