Regarding site clearance work, the Vice Chairman assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside with the Department of Finance to guide Thuy Nguyen district to determine specific land prices to calculate compensation, check, review, and appraise the quality of each dossier according to regulations. Thuy Nguyen district is assigned to continue propaganda work to mobilize people and organizations to soon agree to hand over the site to serve the project.
For construction work, the Vice President requested that from now until Tet, rough carpeting on the entire route must be completed; Regarding site problems in the HC Electronics Supermarket area, from now until November 10, 2021, construction must be carried out, and Thuy Nguyen district will be assigned to come up with a plan to protect the construction contractor.
