(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of April 14, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam inspected the progress of the Green Park Construction Project at 53 Lach Tray Street. Accompanied by representatives of Ngo Quyen district leaders, relevant departments, branches and units.

The project to build a Green Park at 53 Lach Tray Street is implemented on an area of 22,000 m2 with a total investment of more than 68.9 billion VND, invested by the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District.
Construction work of the project is urgently underway.
Based on the handed over site, Ngo Quyen District People's Committee directed the contractor to organize construction continuously in 3 shifts/day. To date, the contractor has completed dismantling architectural works and moving trees within the project campus; Carry out ground leveling and construction of the road connecting Lach Tray road to An Bien lake shoreline and the An Bien lake shoreline extension. Along with that, organize the construction of yards and walkways in the area behind the City Heroic Martyrs Memorial and the park strip connecting Lach Tray street to An Bien lake promenade; Completing the construction of the foundations of electric lighting poles, processing the wooden structure frame of the octagonal floor...
Through an actual inspection of the project, Vice Chairman of the City's UNBD Le Khac Nam emphasized that the project to build a green park at 53 Lach Tray Street has great significance for the landscape and urban area of the city as well as realizing the Resolution of the City People's Council on building 62 green parks in the districts in the period 2021-2025. The Vice Chairman acknowledged the efforts of the Ngo Quyen District People's Committee in organizing construction to ensure the project's completion schedule on May 13 as required by the city.
For some current problems of the project regarding the site, the Vice Chairman requested Hai Phong Green Park Company to immediately dismantle some remaining items such as: security house, company nameplate... to soon hand over the clean site to serve the construction contractor. The Vice Chairman requested the Youth Union to be responsible for urging Phong Mai Joint Stock Company, which is using a land area of 515 m2 within the project campus for parking and ticket kiosks, to urgently hand over the premises; Ngo Quyen district quickly relocated ornamental fish kiosks to have space for construction of related items; At the same time, Ngo Quyen district is required to proactively build a detailed critical path for the project's progress; Strictly check the quality of input materials; Pay attention to the supervision stageEnsuring the aesthetic, technical and quality of the project after completion...
