DECISION

Promulgating the Regulation on the Implementation of Democracy in the Operations
of the Hai Phong Department of Finance

DIRECTOR OF HAI PHONG DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy dated November 10, 2022;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth, and the Law on the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy dated June 27, 2025;

Pursuant to Decision No. 346/QD-TTg dated April 6, 2023, of the Prime Minister promulgating the Plan for the Implementation of the Law on the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy 2022;

Pursuant to Decision No. 69/2025/QD-UBND dated July 1, 2025, of the City People's Committee on the promulgation of regulations, functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Hai Phong City Department of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 3177/QD-UBND dated August 6, 2025, of the City People's Committee on the promulgation of the list of tasks for the implementation of mass mobilization work in the last 6 months of 2025 by state administrative agencies and authorities at all levels in Hai Phong City;

At the proposal of the Chief of the Department Office,

DECIDES:

Article 1. The Regulation on the Implementation of Democracy in the Operations of the Hai Phong Department of Finance is promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. The Chief of the Department Office, Heads of specialized divisions, and officials, public servants, employees, and workers of the Department of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces previous Decisions on the promulgation of the Regulation on the Implementation of Democracy in the Operations of the Hai Phong Department of Finance./.
