DECISION
On the consolidation of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulation
in the operations of Hai Phong Department of Finance

DIRECTOR OF HAI PHONG DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 04/2015/ND-CP dated January 9, 2015, of the Government on the implementation of democracy in the operations of state administrative agencies and public non-business units;

Pursuant to Decision No. 10/2025/QD-UBND dated February 27, 2025, of the City People's Committee on promulgating the regulations, functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Hai Phong Department of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 01/QD-STC dated March 1, 2025, on promulgating the regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of departments under Hai Phong Department of Finance;

At the proposal of the Chief of the Department Office,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To consolidate the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulation in the operations of the Department of Finance, comprising the following members:

1. Head: The Director of the Department.

2. Deputy Heads: The Deputy Directors of the Department.

3. Members: Heads of departments under the Department.

Article 2. The Steering Committee is responsible for organizing and implementing Decree No. 04/2015/ND-CP dated January 9, 2015, of the Government on the implementation of democracy in state administrative agencies and public non-business units, and guiding documents of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee; building and implementing regulations on grassroots democracy in the operations of the Department of Finance. To urge and inspect the organization and implementation, and periodically report on activity results as prescribed. Members of the Steering Committee operate on a part-time basis and perform tasks assigned by the Head.

Article 3. The Director, Deputy Directors, Heads of departments, civil servants, and employees of the Department of Finance shall base on this Decision for implementation.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing./.
