Decision on the Recognition of the People's Inspection Committee for the 2026-2028 Term of the Department of Finance

DECISION

On recognizing the People's Inspection Board for the 2026-2028 term of the Department of Finance

DIRECTOR OF HAIPHONG CITY DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation No. 10/2022/QH15 dated November 10, 2022;

Pursuant to Consolidated Document No. 87/VBHN-VPQH dated August 22, 2025, of the National Assembly Office on the Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation;

Pursuant to Decision No. 69/2025/QD-UBND dated July 01, 2025, of the City People's Committee stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Hai Phong City Department of Finance;

Pursuant to the results of the Conference of officials, public servants, public employees, and workers of the Department on January 16, 2026, regarding the election of the People's Inspection Board.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To recognize the People's Inspection Board of the Hai Phong City Department of Finance for the 2026-2028 term, comprising the following individuals:

1. Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Bidding, Appraisal, and Investment Supervision Division - Head of the Board;

2. Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen, Deputy Head of the Foreign Economic Relations Division - Deputy Head of the Board;

3. Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong Hien, Deputy Head of the Non-Budget Investment Management Division - Member;

4. Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, Specialist of the Administrative and Non-Business Finance Division - Member;

5. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Specialist of the Public Asset Management Division - Member;

Article 2. The People's Inspection Board is responsible for performing its duties and powers in accordance with the Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation; conducting inspections and supervision within the scope and content prescribed by law, and being accountable to the Conference of officials, public servants, public employees, and workers of the Department for the results of its activities.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Chief of the Department Office and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
