Pursuant to the Law on Citizen Reception dated November 25, 2013;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2014/ND-CP dated June 26, 2014 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception;
Pursuant to Decision No. 69/2025/QD-UBND dated July 1, 2025 of the City People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Finance of Hai Phong city;
The Department of Finance announces the regular citizen reception schedule of the Director of the Department of Finance as follows:

+ Monday, March 16, 2026.
+ Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
+ Friday, May 15, 2026.
+ Monday, June 15, 2026.
+ Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
+ Monday, August 17, 2026.
+ Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
+ Thursday, October 15, 2026.
+ Monday, November 16, 2026.
+ Tuesday, December 15, 2026.
– Citizen reception time:
+ Morning: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
+ Afternoon: from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
– Citizen reception address: Citizen Reception Office of the Department of Finance, No. 06 Hong Bang Street, Hong Bang Ward, Hai Phong City.
Assign the Department's Office to publicly post the content of this Notice at the agency's headquarters and post it on the Department's component electronic information portal.
