(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of December 24, Comrade Le Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council received a delegation of the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam led by Mr. Yamada Takio, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam, who came to pay a courtesy visit to the city leaders on the occasion of the delegation's business trip to Hai Phong city.
