(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of April 22, the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee - Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board - City Labor Confederation held a conference to sign a coordination program to carry out the task of building Hai Phong's working class in industrial parks and economic zones in the 2021-2025 period. The coordination program between the three units aims to carry out functions, tasks and promote the capabilities and strengths of each agency, contributing to firmly grasping the spirit and ideology, in order to maintain and stabilize the situation of workers and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises in industrial parks in the city. Strengthen the Party's leadership and State management related to workers (domestic workers, foreign workers) working in enterprises and trade union activities. Develop and build the Party and socio-political organizations at enterprises in the Industrial Park. Promoting the traditions of the working class and Trade Union organizations in participating in Party building,State; improve political, legal, professional and life skills; Improve the cultural, spiritual and material life of workers, officials and employees.

The coordinated implementation program includes the following contents: Coordinate propaganda work on: Labor laws, political events, major holidays of the country, city and each industry, agency and unit; especially the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels (term 2021-2026); implementation of democratic regulations in enterprises according to Decree No. 145/2000/ND-CP dated December 14, 2000 of the Government, and other related regulations. Coordinate to build a model of "Smart mass mobilization" for workers in industrial parks associated with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the city, trade unions and related agencies. Coordinate in inspection and supervision in the implementation of Resolutions,Circulars and Conclusions of the Central Committee, City Party Committee, People's Council and City People's Committee on the working class and building harmonious, progressive and stable labor relations in enterprises; Take care of the material and spiritual life of workers in the Industrial Park.
Coordinate and propose with the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee on mechanisms and policies for workers, especially: housing, social infrastructure, healthcare, education, trade union institutions... and other related issues. Coordinate and exchange information and situations related to the task of building the working class in Hai Phong; stabilize ideology, prevent struggles, to avoid labor disputes and strikes; harmony in labor relations, do not let hostile forces or bad people take advantage of, instigate or provoke. Protect legal rights for employers and employees. Develop and build the Party and socio-political organizations in businesses investing in industrial parks to promote democracy and socialism.

Along with that, coordinate in the work of preventing and combating the Covid-19 epidemic and other diseases affecting the health of workers, advising the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the City on proactive measures to prevent, fight, and detect early so that the authorities can promptly handle and prevent the spread of the disease among workers and businesses in the Industrial Park.
Every year, the three agencies develop plans to implement coordination regulations and organize preliminary and final reviews to evaluate the implementation process on the basis of the Labor Union's report, thereby agreeing on the next year's work implementation plan; At the end, a summative assessment will be conducted.
