On March 17, 2015, Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Certificate to investor Kyowa Industrial Company Limited (Hong Kong) to implement the project "Production of plastic products by Kyowa Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. (Vietnam)" associated with the establishment of Kyowa Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) (One Member Limited Liability Company) in VSIP Hai Phong Urban, Industrial and Service Area, Thuy Nguyen District, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City.
The project is implemented with the goal of manufacturing, processing and assembling all kinds of components, molds, tools and plastic-mechanical fixtures for electronic products, automobiles and other industrial products; providing services related to the production of the above products. The scale for the stable production year includes: plastic - mechanical components for office equipment 6,000,000 products/year, plastic - mechanical components for other industrial products 2,000,000 products/year, assembly components 1,999,000 products/year, molds 500 products/year, tools and fixtures 500 products/year. The total investment capital of the project is equivalent to 12 million USD, of which the capital contribution to implement the project is equivalent to 2 million USD. The factory area expected to be used is 2,561 m2. Operational period of the projectThe project is 43 years from the date of issuance of the Investment Certificate. As expected, the project will officially operate from December 2015./.
