2 plots of land have an area of 10.6ha and 12.6ha respectively. Vietnam Industrial Park is completing the necessary procedures to start construction in April 2022 to provide about 71,000m² of ready-built factories and 81,000m² of warehouses before December 2022, ensuring design and construction standards, meeting a variety of customer needs. Notably, Vietnam Industrial Park is expected to invest in a roof-mounted solar energy system to provide clean energy for tenants; making an important contribution to turning DEEP C into an ecological industrial park.
Vietnam Industrial Park was established to provide high quality industrial real estate. Currently, Vietnam Industrial Park invests more than 300 million USD and owns about 250 hectares of land spread across Vietnam.
DEEP C Industrial Park is an industrial park complex developed by Belgian investors (Rent-A-Port, Ackermans-Van Haaren) in Hai Phong city, Quang Ninh province, currently has 5 projects with more than 3,386 hectares of industrial land in industrial parks north of Lach Huyen Port. To date, DEEP C has attracted 142 investment projects, equivalent to 120 companies with a total investment capital of 4 billion USD./.
