Do Son Industrial Park welcomes new investment project

On January 7, 2016, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Registration Certificate to Song Hoang Co., Ltd. (domestic investor) to implement the project "Light industrial repair workshops and warehouses" at Do Son Hai Phong Industrial Park, Hai Phong city.

The goal of the project is to provide light mechanical repair services including self-propelled cranes, tractors, small and medium construction machines for reinforced concrete pile pressing; production of reinforced concrete pile products to reinforce construction foundations; Warehouse and premises for rent. The scale of the project for each year of stable production is estimated to be: repairing about 40 cranes, 60 trailers, forklifts, and excavators; produce 50,000 m (equivalent to 11,250 tons) of reinforced concrete piles from 200×200 to 400×400; Build a warehouse for rent with a total area of ​​about 3,200 m2. The total investment capital of the project is 80 billion VND, of which the capital contribution to implement the project is 20 billion VND. The land area expected to be used is more than 10,000 m2, the project implementation period is 40 years from the date of issuance of the License.Application for investment registration. According to the plan, the project will go into operation from July 2016./
