On December 30, 2015, Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Registration Certificate to Hoang Hai Vietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company (domestic investor) to implement the project "Carton packaging factory" at Trang Due Industrial Park, An Duong district, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city.
The goal of the project is to produce and print carton packaging used in packaging household electrical appliances, equipment, electronic components and confectionery and other foods. The scale of the project for each year of stable production is estimated to be: more than 91,000 tons of products in phase 1 (2016-2020); more than 95,000 tons of products in phase 2 (2020-2025); more than 100,000 tons of products in phase 3 (2025-2035). The total investment capital of the project is nearly 994 billion VND, of which the capital contribution to implement the project is 80 billion VND. The expected land area of use is 40,162 m2, project implementation period is 50 years from the date of issuance of the Investment Registration Certificate. According to the plan, phase 1 of the project will go into official production from 2017./.
