ICD Quang Binh - Dinh Vu project in Dinh Vu industrial park adjusted to increase total investment capital of nearly 23 billion VND

On January 20, 2016, Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Registration Certificate to adjust the project "ICD Quang Binh - Dinh Vu" to investor Quang Binh Import-Export Joint Stock Company (domestic investor), certifying the adjustment of name, goal, scale, location, area, increase in investment capital and capital contribution to implement the project at Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An district, belonging to Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city.

Accordingly, the total investment capital of the project was adjusted to increase from more than 176 billion VND to nearly 410 billion VND, of which the capital contribution to implement the project was adjusted to increase from more than 53 billion VND to more than 158 billion VND. The goal of the project is to provide warehousing services, storage of goods, loading and unloading of goods, packaging services, customs clearance of import and export goods and other support services related to road, rail and waterway transport. The scale of the project is: warehouse capacity of 10,000 tons with output of 100,000 tons/year; container yard of 20,000 TEU/month. The land area expected to be used is adjusted to increase from 50,000 m2 to 100,000 m2. As expected, the project will officially go into commercial operation from the third quarter of 2016./.
