On the morning of March 17, in Dong Quoc Binh ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong City People's Committee held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Project to Renovate old, degraded and dangerous apartments in Hai Phong city - Goldenland 5 Project, construction of apartment buildings HH1, HH2. The project to renovate old, degraded and dangerous apartments in the city - Goldenland 5 project, construction of apartment complexes HH1, HH2 and technical infrastructure of Dong Quoc Binh ward, Ngo Quyen district was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 877/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2017.
The project has a scale of construction of 2 apartment blocks (HH1 + HH2) with a total construction floor area of 88,948.6 m2; 28 floors (excluding semi-basement and attic) with 1,030 apartments (of which HH1: 510 apartments; HH2: 520 apartments). Reinforced concrete bored pile foundation structure; Pile caps, reinforced concrete foundation beams poured in place. The body structure uses reinforced concrete frames, walls, beams, columns, floors, and roofs poured in place. The surrounding wall is built of brick. The vertical transportation system combines 4 elevators (12 elevators) and stairs, and the horizontal transportation system uses corridors. The project is equipped with power supply, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection, lightning protection, ventilation, air conditioning and synchronous communications.
The project is implemented by Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company in the form of a build-transfer contract. Construction period is 24 months with a total investment of 1,321 billion VND.
Speaking at the Groundbreaking Ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung emphasized: The project to renovate old, degraded and dangerous apartments in the city - Goldenland 5 project, construction of apartment buildings HH1, HH2 and technical infrastructure of Dong Quoc Binh ward, Ngo Quyen district is especially important, when completed, it will contribute creating sustainable, spacious, civilized, modern housing, a quality and practical living environment to serve the community.
The project provides full technical infrastructure, social amenities, campuses, and trees for people living in apartments and surrounding areas; contributing to stabilizing people's lives, ensuring social security, security and order for the community. At the same time, beautifying the urban appearance, contributing to building the image of Hai Phong city as civilized, green, clean and beautiful, serving the innovation and development of the City.
In order for the project to be completed ahead of schedule, ensure quality and soon complete the renovation of old apartments in the city, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung suggested: The city's departments, branches and branches coordinate closely with Ngo Quyen district, ensure security and order, and create favorable conditions for investors to implement the project. Investors and construction units focus on human, material and technology resources to ensure progress, striving to complete the project ahead of schedule, by the end of 2020 (after 20 months of construction); In particular, must strictly comply with regulations on construction quality management and labor safety management.
Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung requested the city's departments, branches and branches to continue preparing procedures to build other new apartment buildings in the Van My area, Ngo Quyen district and Lan Be area; districts: Le Chan, Hong Bang, Do Son and Kien An, to continue construction in the near future.
