Perspective of Nguyen Trai Bridge.
(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The City People's Committee has just issued a Decision to assign the role of Investor of the Nguyen Trai Bridge Construction Investment Project and the Ben Rung Bridge Construction Investment Project connecting Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City with Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province to the Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
