The construction unit is focusing on completing items of the project.
(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 10, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam along with functional branches, localities and relevant units on the ground inspected the progress and preparations for the inauguration of the Green Park at 53 Lach Tray Street.

Reporting at the inspection, Chairman of Ngo Quyen District People's Committee - Dinh Minh Tuan said that as of May 10, the construction progress of the green park construction project at 53 Lach Tray Street has reached more than 90% of the work volume. Currently, the construction unit is focusing on completing items of the project; roofing the octagonal floor; paving the yard and walkway; planting trees and grass; Prepare to install outdoor sports equipment, benches, trash cans, electrical lighting connections... it is expected that by May 13, 2022, the items will be basically completed. Along with that, Ngo Quyen district is also actively preparing to organize the inauguration ceremony of the project, expected on the morning of May 13, 2022.

Through a field inspection at the project, Vice Chairman of UNBD City Le Khac Nam acknowledged and praised the efforts of the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen district in site clearance and construction organization, which basically ensured the progress according to the requirements set out by the city. Vice Chairman of the city's UNBD emphasized that the project to build a green park at 53 Lach Tray street has great significance for the city's landscape and urban area. This is also the first park project to realize the Resolution of the City People's Council on building 62 green parks in the districts in the period 2021-2025.

With the set requirements, the project will be basically completed and inaugurated on the occasion of the 67th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2022) and the 9th Red Poinciana Festival - Hai Phong to contribute to creating a joyful and excited atmosphere among the people. The Vice Chairman requested Ngo Quyen district in the coming days to direct contractors to concentrate maximum human resources and machinery on the remaining construction items. In addition, the district continues to focus on carefully preparing for the project's inauguration ceremony on the morning of May 13.
