According to these 02 Categories, there are 32 types of industrial projects (including criteria) that do not encourage investment; 158 types of industrial projects in 9 groups industry (heavy industry, material industry, high-tech industry, supporting industry…) are eligible for investment incentives.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces the Decisions of the City People's Committee: No. 3499/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2018 on promulgating the List of industrial projects that encourage investment, conditional investment and disapproved investment in Hai Phong city until 2025, with an orientation to 2030; No. 859/QD-UBND dated April 5, 2019 and No. 958/QD-UBND dated April 9, 2020 on amending and supplementing Decision No. 3499/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2018.
