(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 11, An Duong District People's Committee solemnly held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Ho Bridge Construction Project and repairing, renovating and upgrading the Tan Tien - Hong Phong inter-commune road; and Groundbreaking ceremony of the project to renovate and upgrade the trunk road of Bac Son commune. The project to build Ho bridge and repair, renovate and upgrade the Tan Tien - Hong Phong inter-commune road is invested with a total investment cost of two projects of 95 billion VND. In particular, the project to renovate and build Ho bridge with a total length of 57.1m; The bridge width is 12m, of which the width of the road surface is 9m, the bridge corridor on both sides is 1.5m. There is a drainage system, signs, signs, road markings, and synchronous lighting with an investment cost of 50 billion VND. The project to repair, renovate and upgrade Tan Tien - Hong Phong inter-commune road has a total length of 2.1 km; Road base width 12m, road surface width 9m, asphalted; There is a sidewalk system on both sides; Road markings, traffic signs, synchronous drainage system and trees with an investment cost of 45 billion VND.

Cau Ho is located on the inter-commune road Hong Phong - Tan Tien, one of the key roads with large traffic volume, connecting National Highways 5, 10, 17B with Nomura, Trang Due, and An Duong industrial parks. After more than 6 months of construction, along with the participation of the entire political system, the efforts of contractors, construction units, and the unanimous support of all walks of life, the project has been completed and put into operation, serving the people, contributing to promoting the economic development of the two localities Hong Phong and Tan Tien in particular as well as promoting the socio-economic development of the district in general.

The project to renovate and upgrade the trunk road of Bac Son commune, the section from the Commune Cultural House to Provincial Road 351, has a route length of 975.83 m, with a total investment of over 14.1 billion VND. Design scale, roadbed width from 11-15m; road surface width 9m; There is a drainage system and synchronous traffic signs. According to plan, the project will be completed in September 2022. Once completed, the project will make an important contribution to ensuring the circulation of means of transport, serving the travel of people, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the district in general and Bac Son commune in particular.

Especially the gradual completion of the criteria for building An Duong district to become a district administrative unit before 2025 according to the Resolution of the 16th City Party Congress and the Resolution of the 18th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
