Implement the directions of the District Party Committee, District People's Committee, localities and relevant departments and divisions to quickly complete site clearance work to serve the construction of the route. The contractor gathered equipment and vehicles and divided them into several sections for construction. Up to now, after only a short period of implementation, localities have completed site clearance and construction contractors have achieved the specific volume of the route, basically ensuring progress plans. Through inspection on the construction site, the contractor focused on completing the construction of the road foundation section through Chinh My and My Dong communes; bridge over Hon Ngoc river in Chinh My commune, striving to be completed before June 15.
The interprovincial road project from Thuy Nguyen district (Hai Phong) to Kinh Mon district (Hai Duong) has been implemented since the end of 2009, with the goal of building a connecting road from Dinh bridge (An Son commune) to provincial road 359 (intersection point at Ngu Lao commune), contributing to creating a traffic axis connecting the city and Hai province. Duong, completing the traffic infrastructure system in Thuy Nguyen district. However, due to capital problems, so far the project has only completed the route from Dinh bridge (An Son commune) to provincial road 352 (Quang Thanh commune intersection) and a part of the route from provincial road 352 to provincial road 359.
Faced with the above reality, in early April, Thuy Nguyen district proactively continued to implement the project, focusing on completing the route from provincial road 352 to national highway 10 (Hoa Binh commune). Completing this section of the route will promote the value of Dinh Bridge when completed and put into use. At the same time, reduce the load on provincial road 352, connecting the northwest communes of Thuy Nguyen with Quang Ninh province, which is degraded and overloaded. Thereby, contributing to promoting the economy, culture-society, defense-security of Thuy Nguyen district and Kinh Mon district in particular; of Hai Phong and Hai Duong in general are developing. Along with that, complete the transportation infrastructure system in Thuy Nguyen district, gradually realizing the goalThe goal is to build Thuy Nguyen into a city and create regional links in the spirit of Resolution 45 of the Politburo./.
