On the morning of October 2, to carry out the work of strengthening the cadre, the Party Cell Activities Magazine appointed comrade Luu Van Tuan, Secretary of the Editorial Office, to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Party Cell Activities Magazine.
Cell Life Magazine has had 26 years of establishment and development, always maintaining its principles and goals, and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister. According to Decision 191-QD/TU dated June 13, 2016 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Party Cell Life Magazine, the Party Cell Life Magazine is an agency of the City Party Committee that performs the function of propagating information and policies, the current situation of the city from the perspective of the Party and the State, the policies, experiences and tasks of the city to the party cells; guide the exchange of experiences on the activities of grassroots Party organizations. The magazine is a press agency in the national press system licensed to operate by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Comrade Luu Van Tuan was appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Magazine, responsible for assisting the Editor-in-Chief in organizing, managing and operating the magazine in accordance with regulations. At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Doan, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, and Editor-in-Chief of the Magazine presented the decision, gave flowers and confirmed the appointment of Mr. Luu Van Tuan - Secretary of the Editorial Office, to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief to strengthen the leadership apparatus and meet the needs and development goals of the Magazine. In the coming time, the Magazine Editorial Board will continue to improve the quality of the Magazine's content to contribute to the propaganda and ideological work of the City Party Committee.
