Through inspection and listening to reports at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho noted that the project implementation progress has progressed a lot in recent times, and site clearance work to serve the project has been unanimously supported by the people of An Lao and Kien Thuy districts. However, currently the project construction work is still slow and there have not been many changes. The Vice President assessed that the construction progress of Viet Uc Group Joint Stock Company and Hoang Loc Construction Company Limited has basically met the set schedule, the remaining 02 contractors' progress is very slow, not meeting the requirements, affecting the overall progress of the Project.

The Vice Chairman emphasized that the project has been extended until December 31, 2024, however, to ensure the early completion of a large amount of work, the Investor, Project Management Board and consulting unit must focus on urging contractors, asking contractors to divide implementation progress, continue to focus on machinery, equipment, human resources and material resources to speed up progress.
For 04 households with land allocated without authority and not eligible for compensation for residential land in Ngu Phuc and Tan Trao communes, the Vice Chairman requested Kien Thuy district to continue to strengthen propaganda and advocacy work. In case households do not coordinate to hand over the premises, the district urgently completes the enforcement documents to implement the land recovery decision according to regulations, striving to complete it 1 month before the Lunar New Year. Along with that, focus on moving the electrical system, completed before December 20, 2023.
The project has completed 42/58 cross-road culverts.
According to the report of the People's Committee of Kien Thuy district, in terms of construction organization, contractors are focusing on the construction of organic excavation items, sand embankment for road foundation, sand embankment to treat soft soil... and construction of bridge and culvert items on the entire route, progress is estimated at over 50% of the project. Specifically, 3/4 bridges have been completed (Dong Theo bridge, Mai Duong bridge, bridge across Da Do river); The remaining 01 Thong culvert bridge has currently completed 9/20 beams; constructing abutments; For the cross-road culvert category, 42/58 culverts have been completed (including box culverts and round culverts)...The biggest difficulty today is that the main material supply source for the project such as leveling sand, fine sand, and coarse-grained sand is facing many difficulties, so up to now the contractors have not yet implemented it according to the committed plan; Project kThere is no public service road, the material supply road to the project must be filled along the main route of the project, on the other hand, the contractors have not drastically implemented the construction.../.
