Overall perspective of Quang Vinh Social Housing Project.
(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The City People's Committee has just issued a Decision approving the investor, Hai Phong Wagon Joint Stock Company, to implement the social housing construction investment project at 39 Luong Khanh Thien Street (Quang Vinh Social Housing Area).
The project will contribute to the goal of developing housing area in Ngo Quyen district by 2020 and the following years; At the same time, comply with the city's policy on moving production facilities located in the inner city area, ensuring the environment and landscape of existing urban residential areas and meeting the housing needs of low- and middle-income people in Hai Phong. In addition, encourage people to use apartment buildings, improve land use efficiency, save urban land funds and provide centralized services to serve people's lives.
Quang Vinh Social Housing Project has a construction scale of more than 1,400m2; Base construction density is 58.4%; The tower construction density is 55.5%; Total construction floor area (excluding basement) is about 25,740.4m2; Total expected floor area is 18,241m2.
In particular, the floor area of social housing apartments from floors 3 to 19 is expected to be 14,592.8m2; Floor area in commercial apartments from floors 1 to 3 and floors 18 and 19 is expected to be 3,648m2; The community living room is expected to be 194.0m2... The project has a maximum height of 19 floors; Total parking area is 2,485m2; Green area is 482.8m2; The area of traffic land and technical infrastructure is 521.2 m2; with a total number of 242 apartments, including 26 commercial apartments; Population size is about 730 people.
The project will begin implementation at the end of 2020 and is expected to end and hand over in the third quarter of 2023.
The City People's Committee requested Hai Phong Wagon Joint Stock Company to implement the project in accordance with the planning and registration schedule; Responsible for complying with legal regulations on investment, construction, housing, land, environmental protection... Ensure sufficient capital to meet the requirements, goals, scale and progress of the project; Make a deposit to ensure project implementation in accordance with the law on investment.
