Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung visited and gave gifts to the children of Ngoc Hai Kindergarten, Ngoc Hai ward, Do Son district. The school was established in August 1978, has 42 officers, teachers, and staff with 11 classrooms and 9 function rooms. In 2017, the school received and raised 405 children, implemented the innovation program issued by the Department of Education and Training, the quality of education was increasingly improved, the enrollment work met and exceeded the plan, 100% of children were cared for thoughtfully and safely.
