During the time the National Information System for Business Registration had technical problems, people and businesses received calls impersonating officials of the Business Registration Management Department to contact them for instructions on submitting business registration documents. Impersonators guided people and businesses to install virus-containing applications on mobile phones, thereby stealing personal information, bank accounts and performing money transfer transactions from electronic banking applications installed on mobile phones to steal money from people's and businesses' bank accounts.
