Van My apartment complex (Ngo Quyen district) is currently seriously degraded.
(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Chairman of the City People's Committee has just decided to assign the task of preparing for investment in the Van My apartment complex construction investment project, Ngo Quyen district.
Accordingly, the Department of Construction is assigned to perform the task of preparing investment in the Project, and is responsible for preparing, submitting for appraisal and approval of the Investment Policy Proposal Report; Prepare, submit for appraisal and approval the prepared estimates according to regulations.
The Chairman assigned the Department of Finance to evaluate and approve the investment preparation estimate and evaluate the Project Investment Policy Proposal Report.
Previously, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 257 on approving the adjustment of the Plan to renovate and rebuild the Van My apartment complex, Ngo Quyen district with a total expected investment of 2,420 billion VND from the city budget, implementation period 2021 - 2025. Project scale, apartment construction to arrange resettlement; demolish all 10 old apartments according to project schedule; Rebuild 3 23-storey resettlement apartment buildings. Construction of technical infrastructure system, including: road system, trees, parking lots, power supply, lighting, water supply and drainage according to planning.
