Kien An District People's Committee dialogue with businesses in March 2020
(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Kien An District People's Committee has just organized a dialogue conference with businesses in March 2020. Standing Vice Chairwoman of the District People's Committee Pham Thi Phuong chaired the conference. Attending were representatives of a number of businesses in the district along with leaders of relevant departments and wards in the district.
At the dialogue, Viet Tien Electrical Construction Joint Stock Company and Thanh Luan Co., Ltd. reflected the difficulties of the business when they had previously sold goods to KaiYang company but had not yet recovered the debt. They requested all levels and functional agencies to support and guide the business in debt recovery when KaiYang company went through bankruptcy procedures; Consider extending or postponing taxes on this unrecovered revenue. Viet Tien Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company requested the district to remove problems with procedures for renting the surplus land stuck in the land area the business is using.
Kien An Electricity also reflected that in the first 2 months of this year, 8 power grid incidents occurred in the district, causing power outages. The cause was determined to be due to people releasing birds near areas with electrical works, planting trees in violation of safe distances, and the business's specialized transformer station electrical equipment not ensuring safety. Kien An Electricity recommends that customers raise their awareness of using electricity in a stable and safe manner, not violating the protection corridor of high-voltage power projects, and not infringing on underground power grid works. Customers with specialized transformer stations conduct inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment and immediately replace equipment that does not meet technical standards and safety in operation.

Standing Vice Chairwoman of the District People's Committee Pham Thi Phuong noted that functional departments and wards actively guide businesses to carry out necessary administrative procedures, remove obstacles, coordinate to resolve recommendations of businesses, in the spirit of accompanying, helping and creating conditions for businesses within the framework of the law.
