INDUSTRIES AND OCCUPATIONS PROHIBITED FROM BUSINESS INVESTMENT

(According to the provisions of Article 6 of Investment Law No. 67/2014/QH14 and Article 1 Law No. 03/2016/QH14 amending and supplementing Article 6 and Appendix 4 on the List of conditional business and investment industries of Investment Law No. 67/2014/QH14 )

1. Trading in narcotics as prescribed in Appendix 1 of the Investment Law No. 67/2014/QH14;
2. Trading in chemicals and minerals specified in Appendix 2 of the Investment Law No. 67/2014/QH14;
3. Trading in specimens of wild plants and animals according to the provisions of Appendix 1 of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Plants and Animals; Specimens of endangered and rare wild animals and plants of Group I originating from nature as prescribed in Appendix 3 of the Investment Law No. 67/2014/QH14;
4. Prostitution business;
5. Buying and selling people, tissues, and body parts;
6. Business activities related to human cloning.
7. Business of firecrackers.

The production and use of products specified in sections 1,2,3 above in analysis, testing, scientific research, medicine, pharmaceutical production, criminal investigation, national defense and security protection are carried out in accordance with the Government's regulations.
