On October 23, 2026, the Hai Phong City Department of Finance issued Document No. 11376/STC-KTĐN regarding the publication of information to seek interested investors for the Project for completion of construction of Ring Road 3, the section from Hung Dao intersection (Ring Road 2) to National Highway 10 intersection.
In implementing the instructions of Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan in Section 1 of Document No. 14195/VP-XDCT dated October 23, 2026 regarding the publication of information to seek interested investors for the Project for completion of construction of Ring Road 3, the section from Hung Dao intersection (Ring Road 2) to National Highway 10 intersection, the Department of Finance hereby states as follows:
It is requested that the City's Web Portal and Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio - Television publish the information to seek interested investors for the Project for completion of construction of Ring Road 3, the section from Hung Dao intersection (Ring Road 2) to National Highway 10 intersection according to the provided contents (in both Vietnamese and English), relevant drawings, and information on the reciprocal land fund planned for payment to the investor executing the Project (attached herewith); publication category: investment information; start date of publication: from the date of receipt of this Document from the Department of Finance.
