(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Chairman of the City People's Committee has just approved the adjustment of traffic flow in phase 4 to serve the construction of the South Binh Bridge Traffic Intersection Construction Investment Project.
Accordingly, from July 23, 2019 to August 23, 2019, all road vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from circulating in two directions on Hung Vuong Street, from the intersection between Hung Vuong Street and Bach Dang Street to house number 286 Hung Vuong Street.
Vehicles participating in traffic from Hung Vuong Street will be divided as follows:
– Division for one-way cars according to the following routes:
+ Hung Vuong Street - Van Kiep - Bach Dang;
+ Bach Dang Street - Hung Due Vuong - Van Kiep - Hung Vuong.
– For motorbikes, mopeds, and rudimentary vehicles, follow one of the following two routes:
+ Route 1: Follow the direction of Hung Vuong street - Van Kiep street - Bach Dang street - So Dau intersection and vice versa.
+ Route 2: Follow Tan Vien street or Tien Dung lakeshore road - Hung Due Vuong - Bach Dang street - So Dau intersection and vice versa.
The Chairman assigned the Department of Transport to specifically organize traffic separation according to regulations and guide the Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to install traffic separation signs according to regulations.
Assign the City Police to preside with the Department of Transport, Hong Bang District People's Committee, Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and relevant agencies to guide and regulate traffic according to regulations.
The Chairman requested the Hong Bang District People's Committee to organize propaganda for people about the purpose and necessity of traffic separation; Clearing open markets, temporary markets, and shops to ensure clear roads and open sidewalks to serve traffic.
