(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The Chairman of the City People's Committee has just agreed to the policy for Vinaconex Tourism Development and Investment Joint Stock Company to continue implementing the Cai Gia Tourist Urban Area Project, Cat Hai district.
Accordingly, the Chairman requested the Departments, branches and localities to create conditions for the Investor to carry out procedures to speed up the project progress. Adjust planning towards increasing residential land area, adding a number of high-rise buildings for tourism; Expand the cross-section of the road from Nui Xe intersection to Residential Group No. 2 (the section passing through the Project) in accordance with the scale of the cross-section of the investment project to renovate and upgrade route 356 to serve general traffic in the area; In particular, pay attention to adjusting the land fund area by 10% of the auction when adjusting the planning to expand the above road and organize the intersection connecting road 356.
Implement immediate construction investment in projects located in areas without planning adjustments, starting construction in September 2020. Adjust the project implementation schedule, complete phase 1 in 2023 and complete the entire project in 2025.
The City People's Committee assigned the Cat Hai District People's Committee to research the collection of wastewater from households neighboring the Project, not letting wastewater flow into the Project's surface drainage system; The Department of Finance, based on the Investor's proposal to adjust the Project, studies the order and procedures for adjusting the project according to regulations; The Department of Natural Resources and Environment checks and reviews the Project's Environmental Impact Assessment Report and considers the use of the Project's sea area after adjusting the proposal and reports to the City People's Committee.
The Department of Construction coordinates with the People's Committee of Cat Hai district to guide Vinaconex Tourism Development and Investment Joint Stock Company to adjust the planning and construction of works under the project according to regulations.
The Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board inspected and reviewed the above-mentioned section from Nui Xe intersection to Residential Group No. 2 (the section passing through the Project) from the investment project to renovate and upgrade route 356, the section from Ang Soi intersection to Residential Group No. 2 in Cat Ba town.
