The investment project to build and renovate Road 359, the section from Thuy Trieu commune to the traffic axis of Ben Rung Urban and Industrial Area, Thuy Nguyen district has important significance, contributing to improving infrastructure capacity and traffic safety, connecting Hai Phong city with Quang Ninh province, and expanding and developing the city's urban area to the North.
