(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of September 3, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh chaired a meeting to listen to reports on the implementation status and preparations for groundbreaking of the Investment and Construction Project to expand the Hoa Binh Canal (section TL.353 to TL.361) and the Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 10, section from Da Bac Bridge to Kien Bridge. Attending were leaders of departments, branches, People's Committees of Thuy Nguyen and Kien Thuy districts and related units.

After listening to reports from department, sector and local leaders, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh affirmed that these are important and meaningful projects for the socio-economic development of the city and the locality; Practically welcome the 16th Congress of the City Party Committee. Therefore, the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested to ensure full legal procedures and documents; Link groundbreaking and construction with actual implementation to ensure effective implementation of projects.
