On the afternoon of July 14, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee met, listened to reports, and gave opinions on a number of contents according to the Working Regulations of the City Party Executive Committee. Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong city chaired the Conference.
Attending the Conference were comrades: Do Manh Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Do Thanh Trung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Le Van Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council; Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the city's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and leaders of a number of related departments and branches.
At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee gave opinions on: Approving the policy of promulgating a Resolution of the City People's Council stipulating policies to support training for a number of occupations in Hai Phong city in the period of 2026 - 2030. Regarding the policy of submitting to the City People's Council to promulgate a Resolution naming roads, streets and public works in the city. Regarding the promulgation of a Resolution stipulating exemption and reduction of land rent for establishments implementing socialization and non-profit projects in Hai Phong city. Regarding the Resolution approving the Project to relocate residents combined with urban embellishment and renovate and rebuild old, degraded apartments in the city. Regarding the Resolution of the City Party Executive Committee on strengthening leadership and direction of implementation tasksThe economic growth target of GRDP in the last 6 months of 2026 and the period 2026 - 2030 reaches an average of 13% or more./.
