The People's Committee of the city has just issued Plan 242/KH-UBND to implement the contents of Industrial Promotion in 2026 to support rural industrial establishments (CNNT) to develop production in a modern, effective and sustainable direction. Contribute to promoting economic restructuring, industrial and handicraft development associated with environmental protection, green economy, circular economy and new rural construction.
According to the Plan, the city focuses on supporting rural industry establishments to apply science - technology, innovation, digital transformation, investment in advanced machinery, equipment and environmentally friendly technology to improve productivity, product quality, increase competitiveness and production and business efficiency.
In 2026, the city plans to support investment in 2 showrooms, introducing typical agricultural products associated with tourist areas, residential areas and administrative centers; Organize participation in the Exhibition of typical rural industrial products in Ha Tinh province; Build a network of industrial promotion collaborators in communes and special zones and promote information and propaganda about industrial promotion activities.
In addition, the city plans to support about 15 rural industry establishments to invest in machinery, equipment, technology lines and transfer of scientific and technical advances, giving priority to establishments with typical rural industry products and strong industries such as agricultural product processing, seafood processing, furniture manufacturing, mechanics, garments and consumer goods.
Through industrial promotion activities, the city hopes to create conditions for rural industry establishments to improve their management capacity, expand production, create more jobs, increase income for workers, and contribute to the sustainable development of rural industry.
The plan also requires the implementation of industrial promotion activities closely following the guidelines and policies of the Party and State and the socio-economic development orientation of the city; Ensuring support for the right subjects, with the right content, and in the right industries according to regulations, with priority given to rural industrial establishments in difficult areas, rural areas, special zones and island communes. Industrial promotion tasks and projects must comply with the provisions of law, the City Industrial Promotion Program for the period 2026-2030 and be built on the basis of the actual needs of rural industrial establishments. The effectiveness of implementing the Plan is determined to be associated with improving production and business capacity, creating jobs, increasing income for workers, contributing to socio-economic development and increasing local budget revenue./.
