On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, the Department of Foreign Affairs - Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinated with the Kansai Economic Federation, Japan Ehle Academy and a number of agencies and organizations in the Kansai region (Japan) to co-organize the Meet Kansai Conference in 2023.
Kansai is Japan's second largest economic, financial and science and technology center, with strengths in the manufacturing and production industry, and is home to the headquarters of many famous Japanese corporations such as Panasonic, Sharp, Sanyo, Kawasaki... The Kansai Meeting Conference has been held three times in: Ho Chi Minh City (2017), Hanoi (2018) and Da Nang (2019). The conference is a connecting space for local governments, educational institutions, Vietnamese businesses and businesses, schools, and partners in the Kansai region to directly meet, discuss needs, potentials, and seek investment and business cooperation opportunities.
