Hai Phong Financial Services and Consulting Center needs to receive quotations for reference and construction of prices for bidding packages with the following content:
1. Job content:
Bidding Package No. 1: Consulting on preparing E-Bidding Documents and evaluating E-Bidding Documents;
Bidding package No. 2: Consulting on E-HSMT appraisal and contractor selection results;
Bidding package No. 3: Consulting on auditing the centralized purchasing process for cars, funding for implementing the centralized purchasing task for cars in 2026.
2. Information on consulting package:
Tender package name: Centralized procurement of cars for communes, wards and special zones in Hai Phong city;
Forms and methods of contractor selection: Public bidding online, domestically; 01 stage, 01 envelope;
Number of units using cars: 98 units;
Procurement quantity: 99 cars;
Estimated contract value: 88,812,900,000 VND (In words: Eighty-eight billion, eight hundred twelve million, nine hundred thousand even).
3. Request bidding documents:
Profile element:
Letter of price for consulting services (taxes and fees included). Minimum quote validity is 90 days.
Competency profile: Legal profile, business license.
Personnel: There is a team of experts who meet the requirements of Clause 1, Article 21 of Decree 214/2025/ND-CP (Appropriate university degree, bidding professional certificate...).
Experience: Have at least 01 centralized procurement consulting contract and 01 completed car procurement consulting contract.
Note: Each consulting company/unit can only participate in consulting one of three the above field.
