The City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 22/QD-TLN on establishing a Working Group to deploy the data strategy to serve the direction and administration of Hai Phong city.
According to the Decision, the Working Group is headed by the Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, in charge of digital transformation platforms; Leader of the Police Department for administrative management of social order, in charge of Project 06 under the City Police as Deputy Team Leader.
Members of the Working Group are specialized focal points of agencies and units in the city, including staff with information technology qualifications, directly participating in operating, exploiting and using existing data systems, serving the implementation of the Data Strategy in the management and administration of the city.
In addition, the Working Group invited representatives of a number of telecommunications and information technology enterprises to participate as members, including: MobiFone Hai Phong, VNPT Hai Phong and Viettel Hai Phong.

The working group is responsible for exploiting, researching and analyzing data from the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC), thereby advising and proposing to the Interdisciplinary Data Analysis Group to serve the direction and administration of the city on directions and solutions to solve problems that arise during the implementation of guidelines, strategies, mechanisms and policies related to data.
The working group helps the interdisciplinary group implement data goals, tasks, and solutions; coordinate the implementation of strategies, programs, mechanisms, policies, schemes, projects and interdisciplinary solutions related to data; Coordinate the implementation of plans of ministries, central branches and the city to serve direction and administration.
According to the Decision, the Head of the Working Group is responsible for developing plans and organizing direct work with departments, branches, branches, localities and relevant agencies and units to review the database of each industry and field; Evaluate the results of building, completing and cleaning data according to the City's Data Strategy and related programs and plans. At the same time, summarize the results of connecting, interoperating, and sharing data on the IOC Center, and report to the Interdisciplinary Team for consideration and direction./.
