(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of October 27, the Standing Body of the City Party Committee held a meeting to hear reports and provide opinions on several matters pursuant to the Working Regulations of the Executive Committee of the City Party Organization. Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Head of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Hai Phong City, presided over the meeting.
Also attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Sy Hiep, Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Do Manh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Do Thanh Trung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Le Van Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council; Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; members of the Standing Board of the City Party Committee; and leaders of relevant departments, sectors, and units.
At the meeting, the Standing Body of the City Party Committee heard reports and offered opinions on the policy regarding the adjustments and supplements to the City's Public Investment Plan for 2026 (5th time); and the draft City's Public Investment Plan for 2027 prior to submission to the Standing Board of the City Party Committee.
The Standing Body of the City Party Committee also heard reports and gave opinions on the policy to support the investment implementation of a project in the sector of security, order, and social safety (the Investment Project for the Construction of the People's Police Pier under the City Police Department) prior to submission to the Standing Board of the City Party Committee.
The Standing Body of the City Party Committee also gave opinions on the investment policy for the Project on relocating and reinstating power and telecommunications technical infrastructure facilities to serve site clearance for the Hanoi - Quang Ninh High-Speed Railway Project, section passing through Hai Phong City./.
