KOTRA Hanoi has been a solid bridge for more than 2 decades, creating many opportunities for deep and broad trade cooperation for Vietnamese and Korean businesses. 2020 marked a remarkable effort when KOTRA Hanoi conducted over 50 online trade events (1:1) for more than 1,200 Korean supplier businesses with nearly 1,000 Vietnamese purchasing businesses. Over 1,800 commercial exchanges were realized with high efficiency.

In the first 6 months of 2021, more than 18 Korean business delegations were connected to trade online (1:1); Besides, nearly 100 new Korean exporters were connected for the first time; and nearly 300 Korean businesses through the survey have found potential cooperation opportunities with Vietnamese businesses. The number of online transactions has been increasing every month despite restrictions on movement between the two countries.
