After listening to the opinions of the attending delegates, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam concluded: enterprise projects implemented in the city play an important role in improving the environment, developing tourism services, contributing to promoting the city's socio-economic development in accordance with the guiding spirit of Resolution 45.
In order for businesses to well implement projects, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Cat Hai district to coordinate with businesses to sign a planning consultancy contract in Cat Hai district, after completion, hand over to the Department of Construction to appraise according to the process, speed up the progress to decide on project implementation time. The Economic Zone Management Board was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Finance to calculate land fees for the "554 ha project". Regarding adjusting the planning of rice land and forest land, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is assigned to preside with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the People's Committee of Cat Hai district to review the current status and report to relevant ministries and branches. Regarding public assets, the Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and work with Tien Lang district to report to the People's CommitteeD city in the next 15 days. Assign the Department of Planning and Investment to preside with the Department of Finance to arrange resettlement for people in Cat Hai district to serve site clearance, and at the same time advise and help the City People's Committee resolve the proposal of the Department of Transport related to the ferry terminal and roads around the area.
