(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 8, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council held a meeting to agree on the time and content of preparation for the 16th Meeting (thematic) and the mid-2024 regular meeting of the XVI City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.
