Regulations on authority to decide on approving tasks and cost estimates for purchasing assets and equipment; Decentralize authority to decide on approving tasks and funding for renovation, upgrading, expansion, and new construction of construction items.g in projects that have been invested in and built. Arrange and merge residential groups in Duong Kinh district. Project to improve organization and operations; Plan to supplement charter capital until 2030 of Hai Phong City Farmers Support Fund.
