Based on the Notice of termination of investment project activities for the Investment Project to build Viet Nhat steel billet and non-ferrous metal factory in Quan Toan ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city dated September 6, 2024 and Decision No. 38/2024/QD-TVN dated September 6, 2024 of the Board of Directors of Viet Nhat Steel Joint Stock Company, the Department of Finance issued Notice No. 229/TB-KHDT dated September 12, 2024 on terminating the operation of the Viet Nhat steel billet and non-ferrous metal factory construction investment project in Quan Toan ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city in which Viet Nhat Steel Joint Stock Company is the investor (pursuant to the provisions in point a, clause 1, Article 48 of the Investment Law and clause 1, point a, clause 2, Article 57 of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021 of the Government regulating expensesdetails and instructions for implementing a number of articles of the Investment Law).
The Viet Nhat steel billet and non-ferrous metal factory construction investment project was granted investment certificate No. 02121000178 by the People's Committee of Hai Phong city for the first time on March 24, 2008, and the first change certificate on November 27, 2008. The project is implemented at Km9, National Highway 5, Quan Toan ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city with land use area: 20,000 m2.
Hai Phong City Department of Finance respectfully informs relevant organizations and individuals. Viet Nhat Steel Joint Stock Company is responsible for liquidating the Project according to legal regulations.
