According to the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, currently, industrial parks in the Dinh Vu area have basically completed site clearance, are implementing construction investment and attracting investment; Only Hai Phong DEEP C3 International Gateway Port Industrial Park has land problems. Of the total land area of the project is 526.81 hectares, currently 327.8 hectares have been handed over, mostly water surface land outside the dyke, the rest are lakes, salt fields interspersed with land areas that have not yet been cleared. It is expected that by the end of 2022, site clearance of lots CN1, CN2, CN3, CN4 will be completed to qualify for infrastructure development and investment attraction.

Emphasizing the direction at the meeting, City Party Secretary Tran Luu Quang affirmed the important significance of investing in building infrastructure of industrial parks in this area. According to the Secretary of the City Party Committee, accelerating the construction progress of industrial parks is a big and quite urgent issue to ensure there is a clean land fund to attract investment, meet the requirements and goals of attracting FDI capital as well as mobilizing social investment capital, contributing to realizing the city's development aspirations. Regarding the business's recommendations at the meeting, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung said that for recommendations on Planning, the city will wait for the Prime Minister to approve the General Planning and continue to process and resolve.

Regarding resettlement arrangements for households in Cat Hai town, the Chairman said that first of all, 120 households in Doai village, Dong Bai commune will be provided; The remaining number will continue to be resolved in the near future; relocation of martyrs cemetery in Cat Haiwill continue to do so. Currently, the city also has plans to move fish sauce production facilities in Cat Hai; At the same time, focus on directing and speeding up the construction progress of the new tourist port... Agreeing on the need to build a road connecting the industrial park with the coastal road, however, according to the Chairman, there needs to be time to research and allocate resources. The Chairman of the City People's Committee also asked the sectors to continue to research and propose the most suitable plan to accelerate the construction of the Nam Dinh Vu sea dyke.
