(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Preparing for the 10th session of the 15th City People's Council, on the morning of May 22, the City People's Council's Economic and Budget Committee met to review the investment policy of the investment project to build technical infrastructure of the resettlement area to serve the site clearance of the Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club golf course and the luxury resort villa area in An Lao district. Comrade Pham Van Phuong, Head of the Economic and Budget Committee chaired the verification session. Comrade Bui Duc Quang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council and representatives of leaders of relevant sectors and localities attended.
Investment project to build technical infrastructure of the resettlement area to serve site clearance for Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club golf course and luxury resort villas in An Lao district with a land use area of 3.4 hectares in Truong Thanh commune (An Lao district). The total expected investment is 65,699 billion VND from the city's public investment capital. Project implementation period: 2019 - 2021. After completion, the project will form a resettlement land fund with synchronous technical infrastructure, total area of 21,305.55 m2, divided into 191 lots, serving site clearance for the Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club golf course complex project; contributing to investment in infrastructure development as a premise for socio-economic development of An Lao district and Hai Phong city.

The City People's Council's Economic and Budget Committee affirmed that this is a necessary project, and at the same time recognized that the investor has actively prepared to invest in the project, the project's documents have been guaranteed to comply with regulations, in accordance with the city's policies and district planning, included in the list of the city's public investment plans, under the decision-making authority of the City People's Council, and qualified to be submitted to the City People's Council for consideration.
The City People's Council's Economic and Budget Committee requested the investor to urgently coordinate with the city's functional branches to recalculate the total investment, area of resettlement land plots, and site clearance costs to be closer to reality; There needs to be a specific survey on the plan to move or underground the power lines and receive comments from delegates to continue reviewing and adjusting the project, completing the dossier to submit to the 10th session of the 15th City People's Council for consideration and decision.
